How does COVID-19 affect my ticket purchase?
Due to COVID-19, some shows were postponing, rescheduling, or canceling. We will inform all ticket holders via email of any event updates. You can also reference our website and Facebook events for up-to-date show information.
If a show is postponed and a new date has yet to be announced, please hang on to your ticket and we will send you additional information as soon as it is available. Your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
If a show has been rescheduled, and you cannot make the new date, you have 30 days from being notified to request a refund from Ticketweb : http://info.ticketweb.com/contact/
If a show is canceled, you will be notified and given refund information via email.

Do you have an age restriction?
We are all ages unless otherwise noted.
Do you have free parking?
Yes! There is free parking all around the venue. However, there are also some marked lots that are not free and they will tow.
Is there seating at your venue?
Yes, we can seat up to 340 depending on the event and how we have the room set up for a particular show. However, all tickets are sold as General Admission and the available seating is first come first serve. The total capacity for the room is 700 for certain shows, and any show that isn’t fully seated will be noted as “Limited Seating Available” within the event’s description.
Do you take reservations?
We do not take reservations. We do allow bands to reserve a limited number of tables for their family and personnel.
Do you serve food?
We have a full menu of appetizers, sandwiches, salads, and entrees.
Is there smoking?
No, we are a smoke free venue.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, we do not sell tickets at the venue. You can purchase them through 3rdandLindsley.com, our ticketing service Ticketweb.com, or by phone at 1-866-468-7630.
When can I enter the venue for my show?
We typically have one single show for the entire night, and sometimes we have multiple separately ticketed shows. Your ticket allows you entry to your show but does not cover the whole night if there is more than one performance. We typically clear the room after the first show before we let people in for the second. If you have purchased tickets for both shows, then you will not be asked to leave and can keep your seat. Door times may vary and will be noted on the confirmation at point of purchase.
What does sold out mean?
That means that all available inventory of tickets for that show have been sold. We strongly advise caution when attempting to purchase tickets from third-party re-sellers. When the show is not noted as sold out, tickets are available at the venue when the doors open.
Is 3rd & Lindsley handicapped accessible?
Yes, 3rd & Lindsley is a handicapped accessible facility. Please call or e-mail the venue ahead of time to make accommodations.
What is your camera policy?
It depends on the artist. Please be sure to ask before taking photos of any artist. Also, no flash photography.
What am I not allowed to bring into the venue?
No backpacks, outside food & beverage, illegal drugs and weapons.
Is there an ATM located inside of 3rd & Lindsley?
Yes, there is an ATM. When you enter the front doors, the ATM is located to your immediate right at the end of the wall where band merchandise is typically located.
How can I have my band booked at 3rd and Lindsley?

Can I rent 3rd and Lindsley for my special event?
