Paying homage to the early years and classic songs of The Allman Bros. Band, The Midnight Riders are the Mid-South's premier tribute band. With their roots planted deep in Southern tradition they bring an authenticity to their shows that has had audiences spellbound. The Grateful Pred was formed in 2022 when the Nashville Predators event staff asked guitar player Johnny Zvolensky (Old Union / East Kin) to assemble a band for several Grateful Dead themed nights. Johnny rounded up bandmates from current and former projects who shared a love for the songs of the Grateful Dead. With Chuck Foster (Old Union / Chuck Foster Band / Midnight Riders) and Chris Bledsoe (Foggy Bottom / East Kin) sharing vocal duties, Jason Williams (Old Union and a zillion other projects) on bass, and Andrew Swift (Ballhog / East Kin) on drums the band was born. The Grateful Pred puts a southern twist on the songs of the Grateful Dead as well as other great artists from that classic rock era.
