For this specific event, you must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination, with their final dose having been administered at least fourteen days prior to the show OR negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours administered at a COVID-19 testing site prior to entry. Masks required for staff and strongly recommended for patrons. What forms of proof are accepted? Proof of vaccination may include a physical card or a photo of a complete vaccination card that matches the patron ID. Proof of a negative COVID-19 test may be a printed or digital test result that matches the patron ID. Test must show proof of being administered by or under the supervision of a healthcare professional within 48 hours of the date of the show you are attending. At-home tests will not be accepted under any circumstance. Children under 12, who cannot be vaccinated, can show a negative test to attend. People with a medical condition or closely held religious belief that prevents vaccination can attend with proof of a recent negative coronavirus test. If this case applies, we ask and encourage you to wear a mask even if you’ve received a negative COVID test in the last 48 hours. This ticket is a revocable license and may be taken up and admission refused upon refunding the purchase price appearing hereon and is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Holder of this ticket (“Holder”), performer, or any other person in any capacity, upon entry of 3rd and Lindsley, 818 Third Avenue S., Nashville, TN 37210 (“Venue”) for any reason, voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which this ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, during, or after same, including, but not limited to, contracting, and/or spreading the COVID-19 virus, and agrees that the organization, venue, presenter, agents, participants, or players are not responsible or liable for any injuries, sickness, or death resulting from such causes. Holder acknowledges that the COVID-19 pandemic remains a threat to individual and public health, COVID-19 is a highly contagious disease transmitted through human contact and respiratory droplets (including through the air and via common surfaces) and it is possible that Holder may contract COVID-19 while at the event for which this ticket is issued.
