Tennessee WoodPile is a Middle Tennessee bluegrass band brought together by a shared love and respect for the music. Rooted in the traditional sounds of the Stanley Brothers, Flatt & Scruggs, Del McCoury and Larry Sparks, the band also draws inspiration from today’s bluegrass artists including Billy Strings, Missy Raines, Appalachian Road Show and the Po’ Ramblin’ Boys.

Along the way, Tennessee WoodPile likes to put a bluegrass spin on songs from Merle Haggard, Steve Earle, Townes Van Zandt and others. More than anything, Tennessee WoodPile is about what bluegrass has always done best—bringing good friends, good music and people who love it together.
