An energized, spitfire spirit akin to Carrie Underwood combined with the powerful storytelling of Megan Moroney- Sam Ferrara is fearlessly bringing her New York roots into her music. Her roots lie in country music, but include a modern twist dipping into genres such as jazz, pop, rock while incorporating horns to create her own style of fun and entertaining modern country music!

Always having the drive and passion for music, Sam has made music a significant part of her life from performing to teaching the future generation. While teaching, Sam also pursued her love of storytelling through songwriting, bringing her to Nashville in 2017.

Coming off of her 3-time Josie Award Nominated album Piece of Me, Sam feels the music she is putting out and creating are in a light where she can build a connection with her audience about the truth of the ups and downs we go through in life. Sam is currently working on a new EP with Grammy Award winning Producer Matt Leigh- set for release in late 2024 and onward into 2025.

Sam has toured with her band venues such as The Cutting Room, Arlene’s Grocery (NYC) and The Basement (Nashville) and has performed for intimate crowds at venues such as The Bluebird Cafe and The Listening Room (Nashville). She has opened for artists such as Kalie Shorr, Honey Country, Lauren Davidson and recently performed alongside Hunter Hayes.
