Mandy Barnett charms with a fresh take on songs that made Nashville famous.  On its way to becoming “Music City,” Nashville was the hub of musical genre blending and innovation, influenced by the big band era and pre-rock pop. Country stars crossed over into pop, while many well-known pop singers of the day made albums in Nashville.

With her own recordings and live shows, Mandy Barnett has established herself as one of the great interpreters of American classic country and pop music.  She first made her mark as a teenager portraying Patsy Cline in multiple sold-out runs of the stage musical Always…Patsy Cline at Nashville's famed Ryman Auditorium.

Barnett has since built on that stage success considerably, carving out a prolific recording career with multiple critically acclaimed albums (Rolling Stone named her I’ve Got a Right to Cry its “Top Country Album” in the year of its release) and showcasing her one-of-a-kind vocal talent on stages across the country and around the globe – from international music festivals to the Grand Ole Opry

She has appeared on The Tonight Show, The Late Show with David Letterman, CBS Sunday Morning, PBS’s Sessions at West 54th, and numerous other television programs throughout her career. Additionally, she has been a featured artist on a host of movie and television series soundtracks.

Barnett comes to 3rd & Lindsley on the heels of pop concerts with the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and the Ulster Orchestra in Belfast.  2018 will bring a new Barnett album, an eclectic mix of Americana and roots music.
