One half of the dynamic duo Steel Magnolia Joshua Scott Jones is back with his new record "That's How The Story Goes." Josh's new rootsy, country-rock record features a track he co-wrote with Chris Stapleton and will be released this fall.

Josh's previous band,Steel Magnolia, released their debut single "Keep On Lovin' You" (co-written by Chris Stapleton) in late 2009, which was a Top 10 hit on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. It debuted at No. 58 on the Billboard country charts and became a Top 5 hit on that chart.  The song served as the lead-off single to their self-titled extended play, which was released in 2010.  Josh has toured with Brad Paisley, Reba McEntire, Bob Seger and many others.

Steel Magnolia debuted within the Top 10 of the Billboard 200 and Billboard Top Country Albums, debuting at number 7 and number 3, respectively. The album included their debut single, as well as their second single, "Just By Being You (Halo and Wings)," which became their second Top 30 single on the country charts. "Last Night Again," the album's third single, peaked at number 24 on the country chart.

In 2012 they also garnered another Academy of Country Music Awards nomination for Top Vocal Duo or Group and were invited to perform at LP Field as part of CMA Music Fest. Josh has been nominated for multiple Academy of Country Music, CMT Music, Country Music Association and American Country Awards.

In 2013, Josh decided he wanted to record a solo project and released a single titled "Honk (If You're Tonky)" and a full length record "The Healing".
