Nashville Film Festival’s Opening Night Party - SHEL and friends with special guests to be announced

SHEL’s sound is filled with infectious rhythms and hypnotic vocals that meld together their classical training and diverse influences – the result is mesmerizing. The internationally acclaimed sisters of SHEL have been heralded as “A must-know young band for anyone wanting to keep up with tomorrow’sgreats…” (No Depression).  Raised in Colorado, they grew up on an old trailer park that the family restored & turned into a farm where they had an unconventional upbringing. SHEL has become known for their stunning musicianship with Sarah on violin, guitar; Hannah on keys, synth bass; Eva on mandolin, guitar and Liza on drums, djembe and beatboxing.  Whether playing festivals or with orchestras, SHEL captivates audiences with their distinctive arrangements.  The sisters also receive rave reviews for creating all their music videos while touring across the US & Europe. SHEL’s songs can be heard in numerous films, TV shows, and Hannah recently scored the film, “The Fourth Phase.” Major brands have also featured SHEL’s songs including Chevy, Toys R Us, Glade, Splenda, and more.   www.shelmusic.com
