The Long Players play Bruce Springsteen’s 1980 classic album, "The River” Saturday, August 24th! Guest artists include (alphabetically!) : Rick Brantley, The Delevantes, Jeff Hanna (Nitty Gritty Dirt Band), Heath Haynes, Tom Kimmel, Jon Latham, Scott Laurent, Chuck Mead (BR-539), David Newbould and James Rubin. The Long Players also welcome back Garry Tallent on bass for this show. Garry is one of the founding members of The E. St. Band AND The Long Players. The performance includes the entirety of this epic double album as well as some choice Springsteen favorites following the performance of the LP.
